Important Information
On Sundays the reception is closed from 10:30 till 12:30. During this time the Evangelical Church Terschelling holds a service in the hostel’s bar area, which you are welcome to join if you wish. The rooms are clean and neat at arrival. If you wish to clean your room during your stay, you are welcome to use the cleaning supplies of the hostel. Bed linen is changed once a week and towels twice a week.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 3.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
